Our files are sent to you as either PDFs or high-quality JPEGs. If the files are really large they will be sent in a .ZIP file.
The following directions are just a starting point. This is not meant to be a comprehensive list of instructions. If you can’t find what you need in the instructions below, do a quick Google search. There are so many different types of devices, browsers, and apps, we cannot possibly cover instructions for them all. Google is your best friend.

How to Download a PDF
Most computers have Adobe Reader on them or some sort of PDF reader pre-installed. If your computer, laptop, or mobile device does not have a PDF reader of some sort, you will need one to view the items. Adobe Reader is the most popular and its free. You can download it here.
When you click the download link, your file will either open in a browser window or automatically download to your computer.
Step One:
Check your downloads folder for the file. If it’s there, great! Now you can move it to a folder on your device of your choosing. You can also move it to your iCloud storage, Dropbox, or any other off-site storage service you use.
Step Two:
If your file opens in a browser window, use the following directions to save the file to your computer.
Safari Browser
You can save the PDF by doing one of the following things:
- Go to File>Export PDF>Choose which Folder on Your computer to send it to. You can also edit the name of the file at this point.
- Go to File>Share>Choose from the options which usually will include: Email, Facebook, Messages, Notes, etc.
- Go to File>Save As>
–Where>Choose which Folder on your computer to save it to. You can also edit the name of the file at this point.
Internet Explorer
Go to File -> Save As
-Type: PDF
Chrome
Go to File -> Save As
-Where: Choose where to save file
-Format: PDF
How to Unzip .ZIP Files
On a laptop or PC- save the ZIP file to your computer, right-click and select, “Extract All.” Save to a folder of your choosing on your computer. You can also move it to your iCloud storage, Dropbox, or any other off-site storage service you use.
On a Mac – double click on the zip file. Save to a folder of your choosing on your computer. You can also move it to your iCloud storage, Dropbox, or any other off-site storage service you use.
On a mobile device- To download a Zip file directly to your mobinle device, you many neef a free app to unzip it. FileExplorer Free is a good choice. You will be able to unzip the folder and access the product.
Printing Directions
- Upload to a website such as, OfficeMax, Office Depot, Fed-Ex Kinko’s, or any other print shop.
- Select high–quality cardstock for best results
- Choose Glossy or Matte Cardstock finish
- Print in color
