I have lived with both chronic and mental illness most of my life. After spending way too much time beating myself up because of all the things I couldn't do (or needed to do for myself and my family), I learned to be more creative and strategic AND I found hope and joy again. 

Becoming a proactive problem-solver, I no longer surrendered my control to my illnesses. I took back my life and learned to create the life I deserve (and love!) I started blogging to share what I have learned in living well with chronic and mental illness. I strive to inspire others to see that you are stronger than you think and have a warrior inside of you.
